Spring Lake spring All-Conference athletes

Spring Lake athletics enjoyed a number of deep runs and individual brilliance this spring, with a number of boys and girls sports threatening to win state titles.

As a result, the Lakers had 29 O-K Blue All-Conference athletes this spring, honored for their excellence.

After tremendous seasons, the following Lakers were honored with All-Conference recognition: Dominik Molotky (lacrosse), Isiah Lindsey (baseball), Ben Hylen (track and field), Jenna Core (softball), Andrew Hylen (track and field), Noah Verlinde (lacrosse), Sean Carnns (lacrosse), Jensen Hussey (tennis), Alicia Mumby (softball), Jessica Judge (track and field), Isabella Padula (track and field), Lizzy Koratich (track and field), Danton Molotky (lacrosse), Austin Schubert (baseball), Kate Vinkemulder (lacrosse), Sara Gray (soccer), Kamryn Lewkowski (soccer), Maggie Cooper (track and field), Leah Vaughan (softball), Molly Poole (softball), Paris Heard (lacrosse), Julia Bajt (track and field), Phoebe Saunders (soccer), Kate Gilchrist (soccer), Avery Hoekstra (track and field), Laney Peasley (soccer), Elena Antekeier (lacrosse), Nick Krueger (golf) and Evan McDermott (golf).

Spring Lake’s boys golf team earned a trip to the state finals, while the softball team cruised to its third straight quarterfinal appearance, and the soccer team reached the regional final for a third straight season.
