He was born in Braham, Minnesota, on May 18, 1952 to Paul and Georgia (Koester) Penno Sr. and married the former Maria Matos on December 28, 2004. Bruce had been the CFO for Pridgeon & Clay for 35 years. David identified with the Seventh-day Adventist and enjoyed boating, golfing, skiing, and travel.
Survivors: His wife, Maria; daughter, Natalia Maria Penno; stepchildren, Amanda (Andrew) Wallace, Marc (Rachel Foster) Wagenborg II and Joshua Schmidt; four granddaughters and one grandson; brother, Pastor Paul (Candice) Penno Jr.; two nieces and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Service: Friday, December 14, 2018, 11 a.m. at the Clock Chapel - Grand Haven with Pastor Paul Penno Jr. officiating.
